This course was held on 15-18 February 2016 in Addis Ababa and was co-organised by the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) and the IDS-based International Centre for Tax and Development (ICTD). It was developed and delivered by internationally recognized experts in the field of taxation with an excellent research and teaching records as well as extended practical experience in developing countries.

This course offers an opportunity to get an understanding of the main issues in taxation in developing countries; and to share knowledge amongst practitioners and researchers.
